Welcome to the Terms and Conditions page of Montcalm Executive Chauffeur Services. Here you will find important information about our services and policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience with us.

 

1.1 Acceptance

Our acceptance of your reservation implies that you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions, and governed by the laws of England.

Montcalm Executive Chauffeurs Services cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any natural disasters.

Montcalm Executive Chauffeurs Services will use its own transport wherever possible but will use third party companies where appropriate or necessary. 

 

1.2 Safety

Your safety, and that of our chauffeurs and our of vehicles will be of paramount importance, chauffeur will exercise his discretion in all matters to this regard.

Our drivers will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.

Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order.

Our Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.

 

1.3 Insurance

All our vehicles carry comprehensive insurance with hire & reward cover. All vehicles are licensed with the statutory authorities and Montcalm Executive Chauffeurs Services carries public liability & product liability insurance.

However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk Montcalm Executive Chauffeur Services shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.

Nothing contained in these terms and conditions will affect the Client’s’ statutory rights

 

1.4 Delays

If you have a serious delay on your journey please inform us as soon as possible although we will do our utmost to find out if you have incurred any delays.

 

1.5 Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will be accepted  free of charge as long as there is at least 4 hours notice. Event bookings cancellations require 24 hour notice.

Refunds will not be issued if there is a ‘no-show’ or for cancellations of a booking where we have not received 4 hours notice before the scheduled arrival/meeting time. Any cancellations less than 4 hour of booking time is fully chargeable and non refundable.

The cancellation must be made via  email (bookings@montcalmexecutive.com) from which you will receive confirmation from us. If you do not receive an email your cancellation request has not been received.

 

1.6 Smoking, Vaping and Alcohol 

Please be advised that there is  NO Smoking, Vaping and NO drinking Alcohol allowed in any of our vehicles. If it is absolutely necessary for a passenger to smoke or vape a safe and convenient location will be advised by the driver along the route.

 

1.7 Vehicles Class and Luggage 

We will do our best to dispatch the same quality vehicle is each of the classes (Business, First, MPV, SUV) depending on availability. For example in Business Class a Mercedes E Class and BMW 5 series are similar in quality you can expect either for your booking this is the same for each service class. If the total luggage exceeds that on the booking forms sent by the booker the driver reserves the right to refuse if it causes damage to vehicle or affects the safety of passenger(s).

1.8 Complaints 

Must be written within 14 days of service termination. Company will reply within 28 days.

1.9 Payment

All journeys must be paid for in full prior to start of your journey.
